We’re so glad you’re here.

This Slack community is a companion to your Process Clarity Kit experience — designed to support you as you move from “everything lives in someone’s head” to a clear, documented, scalable way of working.

Please take a few minutes to read this pinned message. It outlines how to get the most value from the community and sets shared expectations so this space stays helpful, focused, and sustainable for everyone.

Purpose of This Community

This community exists to:

  • Support your self-service implementation of the Process Clarity Kit

  • Give you a place to ask clarifying questions, unblock yourself, and sense-check your thinking

  • Learn from others who are documenting processes, building SOPs, and setting up knowledge bases

  • Celebrate progress, momentum, and wins — even the small ones

The goal is to help you move forward confidently within the framework of the kit. If you need additional support building something custom for you, we can help. Just DM Lisa and/or Stephanie.

Community Rules & Philosophy

We want this to be a space that feels:

 Supportive · Practical · Focused · Respectful

Please follow these guidelines:

How to Interact

  • Be kind, constructive, and generous. Everyone here is learning.

  • Assume positive intent. Ask clarifying questions before jumping to conclusions.

  • Share context when asking questions. The more specific you are, the more helpful the response can be.

Staying Organized

  • Use threads for replies. This keeps conversations readable and searchable.

  • Post in the right channel. (Channel guide below.)

Community Mindset

  • This is a shared learning space, not a help desk.

Visibility matters Try to avoid private DMs when possible so that everyone can benefit from the conversation, public questions help others learn too.

Communication & Response Times (SLAs)

This community is monitored during business hours:

Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

Typical response times:

  • General questions: within 48 business hours

  • Resource or clarification requests: within 1 business day

  • Access or technical issues: within 1 business day at the latest

  • Behavioral or moderation issues: within 12 hours

There is no expectation of real-time support, and the community is not actively monitored by LGN Collab moderators on weekends or holidays. You’re always welcome to post and keep conversations moving whenever it’s convenient for you.

What’s In Scope vs. Out of Scope

In Scope

  • Clarifying questions about the Process Clarity Kit steps

  • How to use included templates or tools (ClickUp, Notion, Google Docs basics)

  • “Am I thinking about this the right way?”-type questions

  • Peer discussion, examples, and wins

  • Guidance on how to approach documentation (not doing it for you)

Out of Scope

  • Custom process or SOP creation

  • Reviewing or editing your specific documentation

  • Designing your internal systems or workflows

  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching or consulting

  • Support unrelated to the Process Clarity Kit

If something feels out of scope, don’t worry, just DM the moderator. They’ll help route you to Lisa or Stephanie if it’s a fit for a paid coaching or implementation option.
