Led by two educators-turned-executive operators, LGN Collab brings together a wide range of experiences to strengthen every layer of your operations.
LGN Collab was structured with the intention to create opportunities for professionals whose lives don’t fit a traditional 9 to 5 mold. Composed of working moms, caregivers, and people with multiple passions, our team transforms our unique experiences into fresh perspectives and operational magic for our clients.
Lisa Glenn Nobles
CEO and Principal
Lisa Glenn Nobles is a career operator, educator, and collaborator who builds people-focused operational systems.
Outside of professional life, Lisa lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband and fur babies. She loves gardening, water recreation, and cooking. 🛶
Stephanie Denton
Chief Operating Officer
Stephanie Denton brings years of experience helping companies scale with clarity and precision. She specializes in building operational frameworks that transform vision into execution, drawing on her background as an Integrator working with companies running on EOS, ClickUp expert, and client-services leader.
Jordan Deasy
Operations Consultant
Jordan is a former teacher who has seamlessly transitioned her skills to the world of freelance work; working on documentation and education materials. With her strong background in education, Jordan excels at breaking down complex topics into clear, easy-to-follow steps and procedures.

Outside of work, Laura balances family life as a homeschool mom and enjoys getting outside as much as possible.

Dedicated to supporting small business owners, Katie has served as a trusted right hand to CEOs and online business owners for nearly eight years. She manages day-to-day operations and behind-the-scenes support, creating the structure and ease entrepreneurs need to focus on their strengths and lead their businesses confidently.
Will Nobles
Operations Consulant
Will Nobles is a data scientist and software engineer with years of consulting experience for clients across a range of professional sectors, including various government entities and health insurers. Will takes a relationship-focused approach with clients where needs are understood at the outset and communication is given the same priority as the deliverable itself so that the customer is empowered both by the product and the knowledge gained to act on it. Will lives with his wife and their dog and cat in Virginia and enjoys community volunteering, exercise with friends, and being the taste tester for Lisa's culinary creations.
